When is Black Friday 2025?
Black Friday 2025 is on Friday, 28 November, the day after the American Thanksgiving holiday.
Black Friday has quickly become a massive shopping event here in the UK, despite beginning in the US.

For many of us, it now marks the unofficial start of the festive shopping season – and a chance to bag some brilliant bargains before Christmas.
But here’s the thing: Black Friday is no longer just about one day.
Over the past few years, the sales have stretched out into what’s often called Black Friday weekend, rolling straight into Cyber Monday (which falls on 1 December this year).
Cyber Monday tends to focus more on online offers, but in truth, most retailers keep deals running across the whole period, giving shoppers four solid days (if not more) to hunt down discounts.
In fact, plenty of brands launch their Black Friday deals a week or two early, hoping to catch customers before the big rush.
Amazon, Currys, Argos and other major UK retailers usually kick things off well ahead of schedule, and these are all good places to search for smart ring deals.
Will we see smart ring discounts in this year’s sales?
It’s almost certain that smart rings will go on sale this Black Friday.
In the past, Oura has participated in the sale with discounts on their website and at their stockists like Amazon and Currys.
In 2024, we saw that the Oura Ring 3 was discounted by 20% in Oura’s Black Friday sale.
Oura launched their deals a whole week before Black Friday, so we’ll be keeping an eye out for all announcements from Oura about the timings of this year’s Black Friday event.
Ultrahuman also started their sale seven days before Black Friday, with 20% off the Ultrahuman Air, which our shopping writer rated 4/ 5.

Many other tech retailers that stock smart rings had sales, often sweetening the deal with free delivery or a free extended warranty period.
Keep your eyes peeled for deals at Amazon, Argos, Currys and Very, all of which are big on launching Black Friday deals, and will likely include smart rings in the price cuts.
