"Southeastern Wisconsin has a great number of successful women-owned businesses. We are excited to work with some of the best, and to support them on their journey of growth and increased opportunities,” says COO and co-founder, Amy Scerra. “Women entrepreneurs have a different experience than men when it comes to growing their businesses. Often times women must surmount limited access to funding, familial care commitments, gender bias, stereotypes and inadequate confidence.

TGI and our partners are committed to supporting, mentoring and advising these capable women as they navigate their businesses to greater success and growth. Individual business owners and entire economies thrive when women are empowered to reach their full potential.”

CEO and co-founder, Steve Haase adds, "I am very proud to be from Milwaukee and excited to be back here. We have an incredible group of women business owners in our institute. You can feel it here. Southeastern Wisconsin is in the early stages of an entrepreneurial resurgence. This area offers a strong business foundation, a rich history and deep talent. It is a region rich in tradition and we look forward to bringing different perspectives that give entrepreneurs a holistic view and a competitive advantage. There are many great initiatives happening; we want to be a compliment to those efforts and be the horsepower for advancing and elevating existing women-owned businesses.”

Partners and sponsors are a key component to our model. We are constantly seeking organizations inspired to invest in this movement. Our local partners and sponsors are thought leaders, experts and are committed to positive change. We are honored to call the following organizations partners.
